This is the age of innovation.
And for those who are keen to become entrepreneurs, there is no better place to launch a business than in London.
London is the tech centre of the world. Making it easy to connect and communicate in ways that previously, we could only dream about. Those who rely on communication, networks and partnerships to run their businesses, should truly relish the tools now available to them.
This is not to say that starting a business is ever easy. Not only are there the inevitable issues surrounding funding, business planning and sector engagement. There are also those personal barriers to success that even the most successful amongst has had to battle through. Those are the obstacles that often hide themselves away, only to pop up at the most inopportune times – usually when the stakes are high.
It is only with conviction, perseverance and real passion for what you do, can you get through these difficulties. Self belief has to be found from somewhere and quite often it can be gained through those everyday successes that a new business or project can bring to you.
Cultural Capital was launched to provide opportunities for young people to acquire intellectual and cultural wealth, through a range of innovative projects and activities. Our passion and goal is to encourage young people to diversify their interests, whilst giving them the support they need to become catalysts for change in their communities and make productive contributions to society. This very aim is what keeps us going, even when the challenges in front of us seem insurmountable. Each new success and opportunity is why we do what we do.
We hope to work with more education providers, religious organisations, non-statutory and statutory services, charities and public and private organisations so that we can continue to provide a service for young people in London.
