Success can’t be achieved in isolation. We are big on partnerships and work with a network of like-minded organisations to create opportunities for young people to engage and participate.
Since 2014 we have been working with Prospects to deliver the 16 to 18 contingent of the European Social Fund funded Youth Contract, targeting NEET young people 16 -17 deemed venerable and at risk of disengagement who are in most need of support.
The partnership between our mentors, several FE Colleges and training providers has helped immensely in recruiting eligible young people who can benefit from our support .
Our partnerships benefit everyone from the young people we work with to the educators, employers and organisations that will work with them in the future and society as a whole:
Young people get a chance to take part in activities that may lie outside their social and cultural milieus, to broaden their interests, ambitions and learning, increasing their ability to achieve long-term academic and professional success.
Educators and employers benefit from the insight and expertise we can offer to enhance their professional approach, and the chance to contribute to the development of successful and well-rounded young adults.
Society benefits from focused, responsible and happy young citizens who are fully equipped to contribute to London’s future.
We already work with a range of key partners but are very keen to work with more; especially with Local Authorities in the boroughs we operate in.
Partnering with Local Authorities will give us a better understanding of their needs and them the chance to work collaboratively to support young people and optimise the impact of ESF funding.
We want to hear from you if you’re interested in developing a partnership with Cultural Capital or want to know more about what we do.
