We offer bespoke, industry led training and skills development programs, developed to put you in the driving seat. Our programs offer the skills and learning required by employers, with an emphasis on setting long-term and sustainable career goals. We do not just provide training, we provide career progression opportunities for you, whether you are unemployed or looking to upskill.

From calculating percentages to writing email, our maths and English courses are designed to help you improve your skills and boost your confidence whilst gaining nationally recognised qualifications.

Delivery:

The Maths & English course is delivered in 8 days (spread over 4 weeks) at a local training centre near you. You will also be required to complete distance learning study packs to complete the required number of guided learning hours.

What do you get out of it?

The Functional Skills qualification in English is a perfect qualification for candidates wishing to develop practical, transferable skills in English so as to figure confidently, effectively and independently in life. it’s suitable for a good range of people and is prime to the successful completion of varied wider qualifications and frameworks, like the Diploma and Apprenticeships.

Course objectives:

The Level 1 Certificate in Employability skills is designed for learners who wish to develop their knowledge and understanding of the world of work. A competitive job market presents the need for you to be fully equipped with employment skills to gain work

The course is delivered in around 6 days (spread over 3 weeks) at a local training centre near you. You will also be required to complete distance learning study packs to complete the required number of guided learning hours.

What do you get out of it?

Upon successful completion of the Employability skills course services course, you will receive nationally recognised certificates from Edexcel & NCFE and will significantly increase your chances of gaining employment in security. You will also build up confidence in your search for employment.

Course objectives:

This qualification will help you to develop your skills and knowledge in the security industry. On this course you will cover a range of essential skills and knowledge to prepare you for work as an SIA Approved Door Supervisor or Static Guard.

Delivery:

The Level 2 Door supervisor is delivered at a local training centre. The SIA badge will enable you to work on pubs, clubs, shops arenas, shopping centres and office. You will also be required to complete distance learning study packs to complete the required number of guided learning hours.

What do you get out of it?

Upon the successful completion of the Security course, you will receive nationally recognised certificates from Edexcel. This will significantly increase your chances of gaining employment in the security sector. We will also support you to apply for your SIA Badge.

The Level 2 Certificate in Customer Service aims to supply a broad knowledge of the Customer industry .

The optional units cover a good range of subjects that learners will find useful during life changing roles particularly the focus being in customer service, security and team work. Learners also will develop skills to help them in being more ready to deal with day to day  work related problems.

Course objectives:

This qualification will help develop skills and knowledge in construction and the built environment. It will help students to understand the industry and sector as they gain academic knowledge and study skills that will support their progression within this field.

Delivery:

The  delivery model is entirely classroom based at a local training venue. The learner is also required to produce home assignment based work and complete distance learning study packs to complete the requisite number of guided learning hours necessary to complete the course. To be successful the delegate will need to produce a portfolio of evidence for the awarding body.
